Guest Suite and The Extension:

Up and Away:
- $185.00 - $250.00/night, 2 night minimum
- Security Deposit: $500.00

Agreement
Deposit Policy:
- 50% of total rent due to reserve unit
- Remaining 50% of total rent due within 30 days of check-in
- Rates and reservations are subject to change until deposit has been
received
Cancellation Policy:
- 30+ days prior to first rental date = refund of deposit paid less 15% of
total rent due
- Fewer than 30 days prior to first rental date = refund issued for any
days re-rented to another party less 15% of total rent due
Check-in:
- between 3:00pm and 7:00pm
